These Terms and Conditions govern all business transactions with KM Numismatics Inc. By conducting any transaction with KM Numismatics Inc., you agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to all past, present, and future dealings between you and KM Numismatics Inc. KM Numismatics Inc. may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated by email. You acknowledge that continued transactions with KM Numismatics Inc. constitute acceptance of any revised Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have read them in full.

  1. 1. Payment in Full

    Title to all merchandise remains with KM Numismatics Inc. until payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to require full payment before shipping. You may not sell, pledge, or otherwise dispose of merchandise until it is paid in full. Balances unpaid after thirty (30) days from the invoice date are subject to a finance charge of 1% per month (12% annually). KM Numismatics Inc. reserves the right to offset amounts owed from any future purchases, consignments, or credits in our possession.

  2. 2. Payment Methods

    All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via U.S. personal or certified checks, wire transfers, major credit cards, and PayPal. International customers may be required to pay by wire transfer.

    • PayPal fees: 3% domestic / 4.5% international
    • Credit card fees: 3%
    • Wire transfer fee: $20 (plus any sender bank fees)

    All payments are subject to clearance before shipment. Currency exchange quotes are valid for two (2) business days.

  3. 3. Grading & Authenticity

    Grading is subjective and based on professional opinion. KM Numismatics Inc. uses recognized grading standards and may rely on third-party grading services such as PCGS and NGC. We guarantee the authenticity of every coin we sell for life, provided it remains in the original holder if certified. Grading opinions may differ between services and over time. Coins may have undergone professional conservation, which can alter their appearance but remains standard industry practice.

  5. 5. Risk of Investment

    KM Numismatics Inc. sells coins and numismatic items as collectibles, not as guaranteed investments. The collectible coin market is speculative and subject to price volatility, grading changes, market supply and demand, and other external factors. We do not guarantee future market value or liquidity.

  6. 6. Return Policy

    For items purchased online, by phone, or otherwise unseen in person, you may return them for any reason within fourteen (14) business days of receipt, provided they are in the same condition as sold. Shipping, insurance, and handling fees are non-refundable. Returns must be fully insured by the buyer until we confirm receipt. Certified coins removed from their original holder are non-returnable. Layaway orders are final and non-refundable.

  7. 7. Sales Tax

    KM Numismatics Inc. is based in Canada and is required to collect applicable state sales tax for orders shipped within Canada. Buyers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes in their jurisdiction if delivery is outside Canada.

  8. 8. Risk of Loss

    KM Numismatics Inc. bears risk of loss until confirmed delivery by the carrier to your address of record or your designated agent. Risk of loss on returns or items sent to us lies with the sender until received and acknowledged by us.

  9. 9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

    All items are sold “AS IS” without any implied warranties, except for the guarantee of good title and authenticity. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any transaction. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item returned.

  10. 10. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in [City, State] under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in class-action claims.
