These are the conditions of sale run and conducted by a licensed auctioneer based in Lucknow. The licensee indiancoins.com will hereinafter be referred to as “licensee”.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance by you and/or your company (the “Buyer”) of all the conditions of sale stated within this document. Buyer may also include one or more persons, such as in the case of a HUF. A buyer may add items to the cart, check out, and purchase as per their individual agreements.

The website reserves the right to decline and refund a sale in special cases like a missing item or non-serviceable address.

The website shall not be responsible for any default by either buyer or seller, or for any item loss or claim arising from any lot.

Important conditions:

• Only registered members are allowed to buy from the website. No guest checkouts are allowed.
• The registration process requires your billing & shipping address, email ID, and mobile number.
• The website will try to execute all orders received via email, fax, or other methods. However, it is not liable for errors due to incorrect entry or processing. Buyers are responsible for their own entries.
• Delivery will be processed only after full payment is received. It may be shipped on the next day after payment confirmation.
• Payments must be made in Indian Rupees. Cash payments are not accepted. We accept cheques, DDs from Indian banks, and electronic transfers. Credit card payments (Visa/MasterCard) and online processors may carry a 3% surcharge.

Export of Antiquities

All buyers must be aware of export laws. As per the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972, items (including coins) over 100 years old cannot be exported outside India without express permission from the Director General, Archaeological Survey of India, Janpath, New Delhi.

Taxes & Duties

The buyer shall bear all applicable duties and taxes including GST and local levies. These are usually included in the invoice unless stated otherwise.

Collection Option

Buyers may collect their purchases from our Lucknow office after full payment is completed.

Currency & Pricing

All sales are conducted in Indian Rupees unless otherwise mentioned in the auction listing.
