   • All domestic orders are shipped via insured and trackable services such as FedEx, UPS, or registered postal mail.
   • Shipping charges are based on the value, weight, and destination of the shipment.
   • Standard handling time is 1-3 business days after full payment is received and cleared.
   • A signature will be required upon delivery for all high-value shipments.

2. 2. International Shipping

   • We ship to most countries worldwide via insured courier or registered international mail.
   • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
   • Certain countries may have restrictions on importing coins or precious metals; please verify your country’s import laws before placing an order.
   • Typical international delivery times range from 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

3. 3. Packaging & Insurance

   • All items are packaged discreetly, without markings that indicate valuable contents.
   • Every shipment is fully insured for its purchase value until delivery confirmation.
   • In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, please notify us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

4. 4. Risk of Loss

   • KM Numismatics Inc. bears the risk of loss or damage until the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
   • Once the shipment is confirmed as delivered, liability transfers to the customer.

5. 5. Tracking Information

   • Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the shipment has been dispatched.
   • Customers can monitor the shipment’s progress directly with the carrier.

6. 6. Combined Shipping

   • Multiple items purchased within a 7-day period can be combined to reduce shipping costs, provided they can be safely packaged together.
