Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Please do not send items without prior intimation.

Partial Refunds

• Items not in original condition or damaged by the buyer.
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Late or Missing Refunds

• Next, contact your bank—processing delays can occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
